The whole of Palestine has become a vast prison. Therefore, we shall continue to say NO to the isolation of the Palestinians until they are free: Free to move, free to work, study, look after themselves, live in peace in their own territory and to return after being expelled.
By now in the Gaza Strip, the blockade has strangled the population for six long years, with the well-known dramatic consequences on women, men and children, regarding sanitary, economic and educational conditions and the permanent anxiety caused by the air raids which have never ceased since the terrible winter 2008-2009 massacres.
The world tends to forget about it: Time goes by and the media fall silent. Our governments contribute to perpetuating this inhuman situation endured by nearly two million human beings deprived of electricity, drinking water, formula milk and future prospects.
And what about us? There is no question of our making this barbarity seem ordinary.
We had wanted to go to Gaza in December 2009. We took part in the march for Gaza but we were blocked in Cairo by Mubarak. At a price! The whole world was called to witness to the collaboration between this tyrant and the Israeli occupier. Moreover, the Egyptians remembered this, when the time came… as told by the writer Alaa Al Aswany (http://www.europalestine.com/spip.php?article4667).
Since then, three years have passed: Very long years for the Gazans. However, important events took place in Egypt, when the population succeeded in ousting Mubarak during a tremendous uprising.
So the time is long overdue to lift this shameful blockade, whether or not the Israelis like it.
To better concretize our intentions, we have decided to go and meet the Gazan population on 27 December, the sad anniversary of the first Israeli bomb attacks on the civilian population. The bombing started on a Saturday at lunchtime, when children were coming out of school.
That was precisely, on a Saturday, which shows how unimportant the Jewish religion is for the Jewish state!
Indeed, the schools were targeted and nearly 400 Palestinian children were killed during these three weeks of bombing – not to mention thousands of others who were wounded or mutilated, who lost their parents, brothers or sisters.
We have not forgotten them.
We do think that it is important to remind the world how intolerable this bombing and this blockade are, how deeply upset we are as human beings.
We have planned to meet with admirable women and men who courageously struggle for survival, from 27 to 31 December included: Of course, we want to spend New Year’s Eve with our Gazan friends.
However, before we do this, we shall stop at Cairo, to say hello to our Egyptian friends and congratulate them for the amazing camaraderie and intelligence they showed to free themselves from tyranny!

حملة مرحبا بكم في فلسطين

أصبحت فلسطين السجن الأكبر في العالم. لن نتوقف و سنستمر بالمطالبة ب “ لا لحبس الفلسطينيين” حتى ينالوا الحرية: حرية
التنقل, و حرية العمل و الدراسة و الصحة و العيش في سلام فوق أرضهم التي اقتلعوا و شردوا منها.
ما يزال قطاع غزة يئن تحت وطأة الحصار الخانق الذي لا يزال مفروضا منذ ستة أعوام و عواقبه المأساوية تظهر جليا على الرجال و النساء و الأطفال. جميع مناحي الحياة من صحة و اقتصاد و تعليم معطلة بسبب العدوان الاسرائيلي الذي لم يتوقف
على القطاع من المجزرة التي شنتها اسرائيل في شتاء ٢٠٠٨-٢٠٠٩
العالم يميل إلى نسيان. وتمر الأيام. وسائل الإعلام لا نتحدث عن نظام الظلم المركب الذي يتعرض له الانسان الفلسطيني في غزة. حكوماتنا مشاركة في إدامه لحالة الظلم القاسية التي يعاني منها قرابة 2 مليون إنسان، خاصة من الانقطاع المستمر للتيار الكهربائي ومياه الشرب، حليب الأطفال… على سبيل المثال لا الحصر.
فما هو موقف الشعوب الحرة من هذه البربرية؟!
لقد حاولنا الذهاب الي غزة في ديسمبر كانون الاول ٢٠٠٩ من خلال تنظيمنا ومشاركتنا في المسيرة التي كانت متجهة الي غزة بعد العدوان الاسرائيلي. وللاسف تم منعنا من قبل حكومة مبارك من اتمام المسيرة نحو غزة المحاصرة ولكن تحت اي ثمن؟ فالعالم كان شاهدا على التعاون المشترك بين الطاغية والاحتلال الاسرائيلي.
وبعد مرور ثلاثه اعوام من منعنا من الوصول الي القطاع المحاصر وقعت أحداث في غاية الاهمية في مصر ونجح المصريون في الاطاحة بنظام مبارك من خلال ثورة شعبية شهد لها العالم.
وبعد تغيير الخارطة السياسية في المنطقة فقد حان الاوان لرفع هذا الحصار الشائن عن قطاع غزة.
ولذلك قررنا الذهاب لتلبية دعوة سكان قطاع غزة في ٢٧ ديسمبر المقبل ومشاركتهم الذكرى الحزينة الرابعة للعوان الاسرائيلي على السكان المدنيين في شتاء ٢٠٠٨-٢٠٠٩. ففي يوم السبت ظهرا ووقت ترك الطلاب لمدارسهم شنت اسرائيل المجزرة الهمجية. نعم لقد شنت اسرائيل العدوان يوم « السبت » اليوم الذي من المفروض ان يكون مقدس عند « الدولة اليهودية ».
وفي خلال ثلاثه اسابيع من العدوان الاسرائيلي قتل قرابة ٤٠٠ طفل فلسطيني واغلقت المدارس، ناهيك عن الآلاف من السكان المدنيين الذين اصيبوا او شوهوا وشردوا من منازلهم، ومنهم من فقد والديه، وإخوتهم.
نحن لم ننسى ولن ننسى…..
في اعتقادنا بانه في غاية الاهمية ان نذكر العالم بان هناك شعب مظلوم يقبع تحت القصف والحصار اليومي الذي لا يطيقه انسان على وجه الارض. فكيف يمكن لانسانيتنا الصمت؟!
فالفلسطينيون في قطاع غزة سيكونون في انتظارنا على احر من الجمر ولدينا برنامج لعقد اجتماعات مع رجال ونساء كافحوا بشجاعة من اجل البقاء على ارضهم وذلك خلال الفترة من ٢٧-٣١ ديسمبر. وسيكون لنا الفرصة لافتتاح العام الجديد ٢٠١٣ مع أصدقائنا في قطاع غزة
وقبل الوصول الي قطاع غزة، سنتوقف في مدينة القاهرة لالقاء التحية على أصدقائنا المصريين الذين تظاهروا من أجل التحرر من الطغيان.

לאחר שגורשו
עד עכשיו מזה שש שנים הסגר חונק את האוכלוסיה הפלסטינית
עם השלכות דרמטיות על האוכלוסיה האזרחית – נשים, גברים, ילדים
בכל הקשור לסניטריה, חינוך, וכלכלה, במקביל לדאגה הקיומית המתמדת לאור ההפצצות הבלתי פוסקות מאז החורף הזכור לשמצה של 2008-2009 והטבח שבוצע בו
העולם נוטה לשכוח את זה: הזמן חולך והתקשורת השתתקה
והממשלות שלנו תורמות למצב המתמשך הזה של חוסר אנושיות ממנו סובלים התושבים המצויים ללא חשמל, ללא מי שתיה, ודברים אלמנטריים רבים
ומה איתנו? זה לא בא בחשבון שניתן יד להמשך הברבריות הזו
ב2009 ביקשנו להכנס לעזה. נטלנו חלק בצעדה לעזה, אך נעצרנו על ידי מובראק בקהיר
אבל השגנו את זה שהעולם כולו היה עד לשיתוף הפעולה האיימתני בין נשיא קהיר לשלטון הכיבוש הישראלי
והמצרים אף זכרו את זה בבוא העת, כדברי המשורר

מאז עברו שלוש שנים. שלוש שנים ארוכות מנשוא עבור תושבי עזה.
אבל תהפוכות קרו במצרים, כאשר העם המצרי הצליח להדיח את מובראק במהפיכה חסרת תקדים
אז כעת הגיע הזמן גם להסיר את הסגר מעל רצועת עזה, בין אם הדבר יישא חן בעיני ישראל ובין אם לאו
החלטנו ללכת ולפגוש את תושבי עזה ב27 בצמבר – התאריך המציין את נפילת הפצצה הראשונה בהפצצה על תושבי העיר, שארעה בשבת בצהריים, בעוד הילדים יוצאים מבתי הספר
והעובדה שזה אירע בשבת מוכיחה עד כמה הדת היהודית אינה נחשבת בעיני המדינה היהודית
בתי הספר היו אף הם מטרות וכ400 ילדים נהרגו במהלך שלושת השבועות הראשונים של ההפגזות
וזאת בלי למנות את כל אלה שנפצעו או איבדו את הוריהם, אחיהם, חבריהם
לא שחכנו אותם
אנחנו מאמינים שחובה להזכיר לעולם עד כמה בלתי נסבלים הם הסגר וההפגזות עליהם, עד כמה איננו, כבני-אדם, יכולים לקבל אותם בשתיקה
בכוונתינו לפגוש תושבי עזה אמיצים ומסורים, בין ה27 ל31 בדצמבר וכמובן לחגוג איתם את השנה החדשה
אך לפני זה נעצור במצרים לברך את חברינו המצרים על הישגם בשחרור ארצם משלטון הדיקטטורה

BIENVENIDOS A PALESTINA: ¡DEL CAIRO A GAZA!
Palestina entera se ha convertido en una inmensa prisión. Mas seguiremos diciendo NO al encierro de los palestinos hasta que sean libres, libres de movimiento, libres de trabajar, de estudiar, de curarse, de vivir en paz en sus tierras y de poder volver a ellas cuando hayan sido expulsados.
En la franja de Gaza, el bloqueo estrangula la población desde hace seis largos años, con las dramáticas consecuencias que esto tiene en las mujeres, los hombres y los niños; como en lo económico, lo sanitario, lo escolar, sin olvidar la angustia permanente que causan los bombardeos aéreos que no han cesado desde las terribles masacres del invierno 2008-2009.
El mundo olvida fácilmente. Pasan los días pero los medios de comunicación no hablan de esto. Nuestros gobiernos contribuyen a perpetuar esa inhumana situación que padecen cerca de 2 millones de seres humanos a quienes se les ha privado de electricidad, de agua potable, de leche materna, de perspectivas. Mientras tanto, ¿qué hacemos nosotros? ¿Olvidarnos de esa esta barbarie? ¡Ni hablar!
En diciembre de 2009 quisimos ir hasta Gaza. Participamos en la Marcha por Gaza. Pero en El Cairo fuimos bloqueados por Mubarak. ¡Pero a qué precio! El mundo entero fue testigo de la colaboración entre ese tirano y el ocupante israelí. Los egipcios bien lo recordaron llegado el momento… como lo cuenta el escritor Alaa Al Aswany (http://www.europalestine.com/spip.php?article4667).
Desde entonces tres años han transcurrido, tres años muy largos para los habitantes de Gaza. Pero ha habido acontecimientos de gran envergadura en Egipto donde la población se sublevó para finalmente deshacerse del tirano Mubarak.
Por eso ha llegado la hora de terminar con ese bloqueo infame, les guste o no a los israelíes. Y para más seguridad hemos tomado la decisión de ir al encuentro de los habitantes de Gaza en diciembre próximo, siendo esta fecha el triste aniversario de los bombardeos israelíes sobre la población civil de Gaza. Es de señalar que los bombardeos comenzaron un sábado a las doce, cuando los alumnos salían de la escuela, lo que muestra la poca consideración que el estado de Israel tiene para con su propia religión. Las escuelas fueron el blanco del ataque y alrededor de 400 niños fueron asesinados durante las tres semanas que duraron los bombardeos. Sin contar los miles que resultaron heridos, mutilados o que perdieron sus padres, hermanos o hermanas. No los hemos olvidado.
Por eso nos parece importante que el mundo recuerde que los bombardeos y el bloqueo son intolerables y que comprenda hasta qué punto nuestra humanidad ha sido trastornada. En la franja de Gaza nos están esperando con ansias. Tenemos todo un programa de encuentros del 27 al 31 de diciembre con mujeres y hombres admirables que luchan con ánimo para sobrevivir. Y claro, nos preparamos para celebrar el fin de año en compañía de nuestros amigos de Gaza.
Pero antes haremos un alto en El Cairo para saludar a nuestros amigos egipcios y felicitarlos por la energía, la fraternidad y la inteligencia extraordinarias que mostraron para liberarse de la tiranía.

Toute la Palestine est devenue une vaste prison. Et nous continuerons à dire NON à l’enfermement des Palestiniens jusqu’à ce que les Palestiniens soient libres. Libres de leurs mouvements, libres de travailler, d’étudier, de se soigner, de vivre en paix sur leurs terres, et d’y revenir quand ils en ont été chassés.
Dans la bande de Gaza, le blocus étrangle la population depuis 6 longues années maintenant. Avec les conséquences dramatiques que nous savons, sur les femmes, les hommes et les enfants. Au plan sanitaire, économique, scolaire et au plan de l’angoisse permanente provoquée par les bombardements aériens qui n’ont pas cessé depuis les terribles massacres de l’hiver 2008-2009.
Le monde a tendance à l’oublier. Les jours passent. Les médias n’en parlent plus. Nos gouvernements contribuent à perpétuer cette situation inhumaine, dont souffrent près de 2 millions d’humains, privés, d’électricité, d’eau potable, de lait maternisé, de perspectives !
Et nous, que faisons-nous ? Pas question de banaliser cette barbarie.
Nous avons voulu aller à Gaza en décembre 2009. Nous avons participé à la Marche pour Gaza. Nous avons été bloqués au Caire par Moubarak. Mais à quel prix ! Le monde entier a été pris a témoin de la collaboration entre ce tyran et l’occupant israélien. Les Egyptiens s’en sont d’ailleurs souvenu le moment venu… comme raconte l’écrivain Alaa Al Aswany (http://www.europalestine.com/
Trois années se sont écoulées depuis. Bien longues pour les Gazaouis. Mais des événements importants se sont produits en Egypte où la population a réussi, dans un formidable soulèvement, à chasser Moubarak.
Il est donc largement temps de lever cet infâme blocus, que cela plaise ou non aux Israéliens.
Et pour mieux l’affirmer, nous avons décidé d’aller à la rencontre de la population gazaouie le 27 décembre prochain, triste anniversaire du début des bombardements israéliens sur la population civiles. Bombardements qui ont commencé un samedi à midi, à l’heure de sortie des écoles.
Oui, un samedi, et c’est dire le peu de cas fait par l’Etat Juif de la religion juive !
Oui, les écoles ont été visées et près de 400 enfants palestiniens ont été tués pendant ces trois semaines de bombardements. Sans compter les milliers d’autres qui ont été blessés, mutilés, qui ont perdu leurs parents, leurs frères, leurs soeurs.
Nous n’avons pas oublié.
Et nous pensons qu’il est important de rappeler au monde à quel point ces bombardements et ce blocus sont intolérables. A quel point toute notre humanité en est bouleversée.
Nous sommes attendus de tout coeur dans la bande de Gaza.
Nous avons un programme de rencontres avec des femmes et des hommes admirables qui luttent pour leur survie avec courage, du 27 au 31 décembre inclus. Car bien entendu, nous comptons passer le réveillon du jour de l’an en compagnie de nos amis Gazaoui.
Mais avant cela, nous ferons une halte au Caire pour saluer nos amis égyptiens et les féliciter de l’énergie, de la fraternité et de l’intelligence extraordinaires dont ils ont fait preuve pour se libérer de la tyrannie !
